Due to health reasons cosmetics, earrings, hair accessories and swimwear are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.

We use DHL express courier service for all orders leaving our Sydney, Australia warehouse. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, provided there are no customs delays, and depending on the designated destination.
